Anything the notes did not cover comes back as a bracketed placeholder with a CHECK BEFORE SUBMITTING list, never a guess.

Keeping sensitive information safe

Write initials for detained persons and complainants. Add full names in Word after you download.
Phone numbers, ID numbers and bank details are not needed for the report. Leave them out.
Notes save only on this device. The report is written and returned; nothing is stored on a server.
The writer never invents a fact. Gaps come back as placeholders for you to fill.
